Labor Rates

$65.00 for a service call which includes the first hour of my labor and time to get to your home.

$40.00 per hour after the first hour for all additional man hours.

All hours will be rounded up to the nearest 1/2 hour.

Estimates are provided before beginning a job of the approximate time and material required.

Estimates are based on my experience with comparable types of work. Even so some times it can difficult to estimate exactly what the cost of a project is going to be over the telephone or based on one visual inspection.

If scope of the project changes significantly due to unforeseen circumstances, we will stop working and discuss what the issues are with you so that we came come to a resolution before the work is completed.

Material costs billed at cost plus a 20% markup. The time to pick up materials are included in the labor rates.
